Update to Shipping Policy October 2020- Due to COVID-19, we have experienced a slower than usual shipping time. While we may have your order ready to go and shipped within our policy time, the carriers are experiencing delays thus causing your package to be delayed by 1-5 days. You may still track your package with the number we provide, but keep in mind the national delays are causing interruptions in our systems.
We reserve the right to only process orders to ship within the United States. We do not accept international orders or requests for shipping.
All orders are shipped within 7 days of receipt and we will ship using a tracking number. Most packages will be sent via United States Postal Service. If you wish to have an item sooner, you can contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org and request an expedited shipping method. You will be charged additional postage for this service, but we can honor this in most cases.
You will also be able to choose expedited services at the time of your order placement. However, we cannot guarantee delivery due to the COVID delays and the upcoming holiday season. We will do our best to provide updates and cut-off dates.
Customized or Personalized items take a little longer to produce and will ship generally within 14 days of receipt of the order, but in most cases, we push our team to get items completed and on their way to you as soon as possible.
By using a shipping method that provides tracking, we will send you the tracking number once your order has been completed and prepared for shipping. We log the tracking number in and you will receive an email that shows the tracking number. You can track the package all the way to your front door. In the event a package is not delivered, we can use the tracking method to locate the package.
